GGW Tasting Notes
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and a small amount of Petit Verdot. Rich, plummy, dusty, full of ripe purple fruit, and with hints of fresh coffee. 19 months in French oak. Hand made, native yeast fermentation, manual pressing and malolactic fermentation in the barrel.
